FAQ's

The application fee covers the costs of the administration of the Associateships and Fellowships and maintaining alumni networks and is tax deductible.

Your application needs to be endorsed by your local State and Territory Institute (you must be a member to apply) and approved by the Real Estate Institute of Australia. This cycle generally takes a full business quarter.

Feedback will be provided to you by your local State or Territory on key areas of development required to ensure future successful applications. These accreditations are about excellence in the industry and are not simply ‘tick and flick’.

We recommend you encourage your suitably qualified peers to apply for Associateships but members of the industry must submit and pay for their own application. Only Associates are eligible to seek Fellowship accreditations.
